Copain is a creative culinary experiences restaurant and event spot where people can come together to enjoy good food together. Beyond the restaurant, Copain is a creative space where food, styling, and concept development come together. The team creates bespoke concepts for private dinners, catering, and events. Both on location and within the restaurant. The restaurant, which recently opened on the TT Vasumweg near the NDSM in Amsterdam Noord, is run by van Frederieke Bloem (stylist and caterer) and Ivan Beusink - former headchef of Rijks.
