Lucille
Located just north of Seattle's University District, Lucille on Roosevelt is a new mixed-use development with 106 residential units above 3,500 square feet of commercial space. Graypants was honoured to install Loci, bringing light and dynamism to the space.

For a new-build villa, More&Senz was brought in to help shape the lighting plan. The client came by our showroom to see the Graypants pendants in person together with the interior architect. After working through the details with MoreSenz and Timo from VANMOKUM, they designed a layout that brought both collections together. The result became the heart of the home. Above the kitchen island and dining table, a cluster of Roest pendants in warm browns and soft grays echoes the dark, tactile interior. And in the stairwell void, a sculptural arrangement of Scraplights cascades down along the full-height triangular window, the recycled cardboard catching the daylight from every angle. Studio Sluijzer and 88 Projects used Ay Illuminate lighting to enhance a modern space with oval edges for the Office & Media Group. The elegance of the Ay Illuminate design gives the space a serious yet homely feel, where working is never boring.

Piet Hain Eek's team wanted to create a shop that was even better and more beautiful than the previous ones; a party to visit and enjoy. Studio Noorderfabriek, a unique daylight studio and event space located in an old factory building in Amsterdam-Noord, near the IJ. With a total area of 500 m², an 8-meter high ceiling, skylights, and a harmonious blend of Scandinavian, Japanese, and Mediterranean design, this location offers an inspiring environment. The studios feature large windows, stylish furniture, and beautiful accessories. The minimalist aesthetic and natural materials make both studios ideal for photoshoots, events, workshops, collection launches, meetings, and more.

At Ancestry.com's headquarters, there's a one-of-a-kind installation of Scraplights that maximizes the tall vertical atrium space. These Scraplights are custom wired to have several pendants connected on each cord drop. Additionally, their unique white-washed tone helps differentiate them from other Scraplight projects.

For this project, they created a custom installation using Graypants' Scraplights Moon, which is mounted on a ring canopy. This approach allows daylight to filter through the central opening, while the sculptural lamp hang just beneath it. Softening the space without blocking the light.
Studio Batik
Under the smoke of Amsterdam, Studio Batik is located; a boutique photo studio where stories are
created through more than just images. The eye pleasing contract between the raw concrete exterior
and the soft and inviting interior of Frama makes Studio Batik the ultimate canvas for all kinds of
photoshoots, workshops and events. Studio Batik is a welcoming space, a residence for creativity and
a home to slow down.
